To express our appreciation to all our customers who support Games Basement we have introduced our very own loyalty points reward scheme. 

How do loyalty points work?

It's quite simple, for every £1 you spend you earn 10 points.  Once you have spent £100 or accumilated 1000 points you will be able to redeem your points as a discount against your purchase.

You can can even earn points by contributing to the site:  For posting a comment or review you earn 4 points.

Whilst in the shopping cart you will notice on the right hand side a menu that says "use points" click on this to redeem your points, it's that easy!  You can even save up your points so that your next purchase doesn't cost you a thing!

How can I earn extra loyalty points from Games Basement?

If you are looking to sell games online, send your email address, the video games you are looking to sell and we will let you know when you can send us your used video games. You can sell your games online for free at Games Basement. From the sale of your games you will earn loyalty points and in turn you can use these points towards buying brand new or even used games.

What happens if I return my goods or cancel my order?

Once we have recieved your item back or cancelled your order the points used will be returned to your account ready for you to use on your next transaction.
